We want you to love your StoryTold experience. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied with StoryTold for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email support@storytold.app with your name and the email address you used at checkout. That's all we need.

Refund Timeline

What Happens to Your Story

Your story data is stored locally in your browser. A refund does not automatically delete your data — you remain in control of it. However, access to paid features (chapters 2–5, downloads, and sharing) will be revoked after the refund is processed.

Free Chapter

Chapter 1 is always free — no payment required, no refund needed. If you're unsure whether StoryTold is right for you, start with Chapter 1 to experience the interview before purchasing.

Gift Purchases

If you purchased StoryTold as a gift and would like a refund, the same 30-day policy applies. Contact us at support@storytold.app and we'll take care of it.
